In 2 Cor. 13:8 the Apostle Paul states: “For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.” The Lord Jesus was standing before Pilate as He was about to be crucified on the Cross at Calvary and Pilate asked Him? “’Are you a king then?’ Jesus answered: ‘You say rightly that I am a king. For this cause I was born, and for this cause I have come into the world, that I should bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice.’ Pilate said to Him, ‘What is truth?’ And when he had said this, he went out again to the Jews, and said to them, ‘I find no fault in Him at all’” (John 18:37-38 NKJV). Spiritually lost people need to hear and know the “Real Truth!” In John 14:6 Jesus states: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Thank you for standing with this soul winner as my Lord sends me out with the “REAL TRUTH,” His Holy Word! This past Sunday I was blessed to be able to share the “REAL TRUTH” with French Broad Valley Baptist Church in Kodak, TN. My Lord had me to talk about the “REAL TRUTH,” What A Life! Why should we not preach and teach that the Lord JESUS is the “REAL TRUTH?” In John 10:10 Jesus states: “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.” The power of the living God was all over the place! Praise His Holy name!
I could see a gentleman about three fourths of the way back from the front as he literally hung on my every word! I had not seen him when I was here in the recent past. He came to me after the service, and he was very encouraging and asked: “Have I seen you on television?” I responded: “Yes, brother, you have.” He stated: “You are preaching the Word, brother!” Our great God knows how to encourage His servants!
On Sunday, March 21, I will be proclaiming the glorious Good News at First Baptist Church in Oliver Springs, TN where Ken Raines is the pastor. Please pray for a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit!
Our Lord continues to call His special servants Home. Brother Dean Trent has been a great friend to this soul winner for many years, and he is now rejoicing in Heaven! Praise the Lord! I will miss my talks with him and his love for his Lord and for his family! He epitomized the phrase: Christian businessman. His wife, Martha, and his daughters and their families will have a great void with Brother Dean’s homegoing! He was a leader of men and a lover of men in the Spirit of the Lord Jesus (Psalm 1)!
The family of Wanda Bunch honored this servant by having me to speak at their mom’s memorial this past Friday. I have known this family all of my life. The Bunch children grew up with my brother and sister and me at the foot of Crockett Ridge in Morristown and at the great Calvary Baptist Church. We have wonderful memories of a childhood full of love and hope and promise as we experienced the wonderful blessing of being a part of a soul winning New Testament church under the able leadership of Pastor Carl Triplett! Praise Almighty God for His Sovereignty of orchestrating the details of our lives! We will see Miss Wanda very soon!
With every fiber of my being, thank you for praying for this soul winner! I so desperately and deeply want to be in the center of my Lord’s will with His Holy Word in my hand pleading with spiritually lost people to be born again! I love you with every fiber of my being!
