If we are not living in the Last Days, we will never be living in them! The Apostle Paul tells us in 2 Timothy 3:1-5 (NKJV) “But know this, that in the last days perilous times (times of stress) will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving (irreconcilable), slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!” I could write a book on each of these points in this verse after nearly twenty-eight years in the field of evangelism! The only hope for this nation and for this world is JESUS!
I recently ran into a young man who went on outreach with me nearly 20 years ago. He is a special needs young man who truly loves his Lord! I always have a special anointing from my Lord when special needs people go into the harvest fields with me! They are especially blessed by our Lord! He loves all that the world despises (1 Cor. 1:26-31)! He told me that he watches the television broadcast A Date with Destiny. It touched my heart just to see him and to know that he stills love his Lord!
Yesterday, I saw a lady at the hospital who shared with me that she watches the television broadcast. She thanked me for preaching about Heaven and Hell! In her own words: “Preachers do not preach about Heaven and Hell today.” Only time and eternity will tell the truth about the literally thousands that we are reaching daily through the television broadcast! Thank you for standing with me in these evil Last Days!
On Sunday morning, January 12, 2020 around 9am, Pastor Charles Brewer of Lebanon Baptist Church in Talbott, TN called me to tell me that he was not well. He told me that he would be able to preach the morning service, but he could not make it for Sunday night. My Lord had me to preach about The Heart of Simeon (He Was Looking for Jesus) in Luke 2:25-35. The chairman of the deacons called the church to pray at the altar before the service, and our great God honored this time of prayer! I distributed the very first flyer that my Lord had laid on His servant’s heart titled Christ Is Christmas. The people literally “hung” on my every word from the Word! During the public invitation, one dear lady surrendered to her Lord’s call on her life! She came out of that pew like she had been “shot out of a cannon!” The living God honors His Word every time (Isaiah 55:11)! People came to me after the service requesting the Born Again flyers. One dear lady told me that she places them in packages that she mails!
On Friday, March 6, through Monday, March 9, I will be in an evangelism conference in Kingsport, TN. I will be most honored to proclaim the glorious gospel message at Beulah Baptist Church where John David Shanks is the pastor. I have already been blessed to meet and speak with this great and faithful servant of the living God! He is a real and authentic servant of Almighty God! Please pray that the power of our great God will bless this upcoming powerful and Spirit-filled weekend. Other evangelists from across the great state of TN will also be proclaiming the gospel in other churches.
Time is rapidly passing, and our Lord could return at any moment! I must be about His business of winning spiritually lost people to faith in Him! With all my heart, thank you for standing with me in prayer and in financial support. I so desperately desire to do His Holy will as I am in the center of His Holy will to be a true servant of His! I love you!
