The Deed of Jealousy (Part 3)

Christians who are jealous have a definite spiritual problem. Christians who know who they are in Christ are not jealous. They are secure in their walk with Jesus; thus, being confident and self-assured in themselves as a human being. True Christians are not jealous. I am not saying you cannot be a Christian if you are jealous because I know Christians who are jealous. True Christians build-up others rather than tear down others. They are not members of the cold water brigade. They are members of the encouragement brigade. We must remember this. We are not to provoke people to be jealous! Romans 13:13 (NKJV) states: “Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy.”
